The two countries recently signed an <\/span>agreement to allow vaccinated travellers from Australia to enter Singapore<\/span><\/a> along with over a dozen other nations that the Singapore border recently reopened to.<\/span><\/p>\n

Characterised by its sparkly clean efficiency, Singapore\u2019s melting pot of cultures has resulted in unique pockets of industry, traditions and architectural aesthetics all over the city. What You Need to Know to Travel to Singapore from Australia (and Beyond)<\/span><\/h2>\n

Before we dive in, it\u2019s important to note that this agreement has been established as a VTL (Vaccinated Travel Lane), meaning it only applies to fully-vaccinated travellers wishing to enter Singapore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to travel and upon arrival, you will need to show proof of vaccination in the form of a physical or digital vaccination certificate. Qantas and Singapore Airlines hope to later roll out a <\/span>Travel Pass app<\/span><\/a> which will replace the need to show this proof in physical or digital format.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As well as the above, <\/span>VTL travellers<\/span><\/a> will also need to return three negative COVID-19 PCR tests before and during their time in Singapore:<\/span><\/p>\n
