This morning, you'll transfer to Penhalonga. The eastern border town of Penhalonga is home to one of Zimbabwe’s best-kept secrets: La Rochelle, a magical cross between a fairytale castle and a French chateau, surrounded by manicured gardens on the edge of verdant forest-cloaked mountains. This luxury country house is an oasis of tranquillity and charm. After lunch, you can explore the Botanic Gardens with your guide from this historical property.

This morning, you'll drive to the Vumba Mountains with your local guide to explore all the rich history this region has to offer including a visit to the Castle Beacon. After lunch back at the country house, your guide will propose various activities including a nature walk along the trails surrounding the property. This area is well known for fantastic bird watching.

After breakfast, you'll drive to Chimanimani National Park, situated along the eastern boundary of Chimanimani district (bordering Mozambique) in an area of rugged mountain grandeur, enhanced by many spectacular gorges and high peaks rising to 2436 metres. There are several streams cascading through the mountain formations as well as numerous mountain springs, some of which you'll explore this afternoon on a guided mountain hike.

In the morning, you'll once again hike in Chimanimani National Park, an area of rugged mountain grandeur, enhanced by many spectacular gorges and high peaks. After lunch back at your lodge, you'll proceed with your local guide on the loop walk to Bridal Viel Falls. Once you reach the falls, you'll enjoy a refreshing dip in the rushing waters of the falls. Make sure to bring a pair of suitable hiking boots for the trails!

This morning, you'll check out and travel to Norma Jeane's Lakeview Resort. After lunch, you'll explore the Great Zimbabwe Ruins. This was the capital of the Queen of Sheba, according to an age-old legend – a unique testimony to the Shona civilisation between the 11th and 15th centuries. In the evening, you'll have dinner at the lodge with great views overlooking the lake.

This morning, after breakfast, you will be transferred from Great Zimbabwe to Matobo National Park. After lunch at the camp, you'll take part in a guided safari game drive around the concession and end your day on the top of one of the hilltops with stunning views of the sunset. Upon return to the camp, you'll freshen up and enjoy dinner.

This morning, you'll take part in an early morning rhino tracking activity on foot and by car in the Matobo National Park with your professional guide. You will have the opportunity to track both black and white rhino. After lunch at the camp, you'll visit some of Africa's best cave painting sites and end your day with a visit to Rhodes Grave Site and World's View.

This morning, after breakfast, you will be transferred from Matobo National Park to Hwange National park. In the afternoon, after lunch at the camp, you will have the opportunity to take part in a 4x4 safari game drive in the Hwange National Park. Hopefully, you'll be able to spot lots of different game with your local guide. In the evening, dinner will be served at the lodge.

This morning, you will be woken just prior to the first rays of filtered sunlight cresting the eastern horizon. Then, it is time to get dressed to be ready to depart on a morning game drive in the Hwange National Park. Your guide will suggest the best route for your day, both morning and afternoon drives. You'll discover Hwange's famous pans and explore the national park which is home to some of the largest elephant populations in Africa.

Today, you will have the option to take part in a full day safari in the Hwange National Park. Over the course of the day, you'll be able to track some of Africa's Big Cats including lions and cheetahs. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the pans and continue on with your game drive in the afternoon. A professional guide will be with you throughout the day.

This morning, after breakfast, you'll pack up and be transferred out of the Hwange National Park to the Zambezi National Park. Upon check-in, you'll enjoy a relaxing lunch with views of the Zambezi River then, you'll take part in an afternoon safari boat cruise with a professional guide. This area is home to some of the regions best birding experiences.

Today, your guide will propose several options for your day. You can take part in 4x4 safari activities on the private concession or explore the Zambezi River by boat. You will also have the option to relax at the hideout which offers views of the Zambezi River where elephants tend to cross back and forth between Zimbabwe and Zambia.
