Today, you'll enjoy a full day out driving along the most stunning parts of the Amalfi Coast. You'll drive along the UNESCO World Heritage-listed roads on 'state route 163' – a masterpiece of human engineering. During the day, you'll stop twice to indulge in the region's most famed products: mozzarella and limoncello. You will learn all about how these two typical local products are made as well as a tasting.

Today, your personal driver will take you to the Amalfi pier where you will take the ferry boat to Capri Island. You will enjoy a visit to the island famous for its designer shops, anchored yachts and chic hotels. You'll dine in a Michelin-starred seafood restaurant and explore the island by Vespa, a typical Italian vehicle. You'll then head back to your hotel in Positano in the evening.

Today, you'll travel to the Naples train station where you'll board your train to Florence, the gateway to the Tuscan countryside. Upon arriving in Florence, your personal driver will take you to your hotel which is a spa and winery set within the rolling vineyards. In the afternoon, you'll venture out on a tour like no other of the Tuscan countryside on a Ape Tuk Tuk, a vehicle used by locals for over 60 years to navigate the narrow streets of the ancient towns here.

This morning, you'll be up early to experience a hot air balloon ride over the rolling Tuscan countryside. Following that adventure, you will meet up with your “Searching Truffle” tour guide, an expert in gathering truffles from the San Miniato hills and woods. You'll then enjoy a wonderful tasting lunch of Truffles in a real truffle factory. In the afternoon, you will visit a famous winery where a professional sommelier will describe the production of Chianti wine before a delightful tasting!

In the morning, you will meet your guide for a walking tour of the city. Starting in Repubblica square, the heart of the city, you'll visit the Academia Gallery with the famous Michelangelo's masterpiece: The David. You'll also be able to view the museum's other unique pieces, including a room dedicated to Michelangelo. Afterwards, you will continue your visit to the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most beautiful museums in the world before enjoying a perfume-making experience.

Today, you'll leave the countryside behind and head to Rome. On the way there, in northern Lazio, you will cross a narrow bridge to visit the fascinating hill town of Civita di Bagnoregio. Once you arrive in Rome, you'll begin a tour of the city centre to discover the monuments and the palace of the Baroque period. The dinner will be served at a Michelin guide restaurant with an astonishing view of the Colosseum.

Among visiting many other grand and historic buildings in the Vatican city, your highlight of the day will be when you attend a Pope audience. Entering the Vatican City, you will visit the world’s smallest country and the centre of the Catholic world. Whilst here, you'll visit the impressive St. Peter’s Square and Basilica as well as explore the Vatican Museums, Raffaello’s rooms and the Sistine Chapel.

You'll start the day with a cooking class featuring a market tour of Rome’s famous Esquilino market, during which you will learn how to cook the best Italian food. In the afternoon, you'll continue to discover Rome starting from Michelangelo’s Campidoglio (Capitoline Hill) where you can look out over the Roman Forum area, then continue to the Imperial Forums and the ruins of the Colosseum. After dinner, you'll discover the “Gianicolo”, a hill with a unique view over Rome.
