You'll join your guide on the exploration of Italy’s first modern capital, taking in the Po River that flows through the city and striking vistas of majestic villas dwarfed by the Alps. Turin Lifestyle Experience

Visit “La Venaria Reale”, one of the most majestic royal palaces, recently renovated to its original splendour on one of the largest renovation projects in Italy. You'll take a guided tour around the grounds to learn more about the history of the building. Then spend the afternoon with an Italian lifestyle experience of your choice where you'll have the chance to tour around a FIAT factory or learn about the art of perfume-making.

Discover the Food and Wine Scene of Alba

Today, you'll spend the morning in a cooking class to discover the roots of the local food and wine culture with an expert chef. Donning your apron, you'll learn recipes to create your own dishes of the Langhe and Roero region in a picturesque hill location amidst the vineyards. Your lunch will be with your chefs, where you'll taste your creations, paired with local wines.

Cheese in Piedmont has its own distinctive texture and flavour. Later in the day, you'll experience the famous Barbaresco and Barolo wines by visiting a local winery and tasting at one of the top producers of the area.

Grinzane Cavour and Asti

Visit the “Castello di Grinzane Cavour”, as well as the Enoteca Regionale Piemontese Cavour inside the castle itself, a prestigious showcase for the very best Piedmontese wines and grappas. Today's tasting will be in a beautiful local setting within the castle. Often forgotten by most travellers, the town hosts the oldest Italian Palios (a barefoot horse race). A walking tour with a local guide will show you the beautiful and well preserved medieval centre.

Biella & the Passion Play
Hide details
Take a break at your hotel in the morning time and enjoy the peace of the countryside. In the afternoon we will head to Biella, known all over the world for the knitting industry. A guided walk will show you the beautiful medieval city centre and a funicular will take you up to the Piazza district. Proceed then to the nearby village of Sordevolo for dinner in a local restaurant before the Passion Play show.
