Ride the famous Chepe Express train today from El Fuerte to Bahuichivo. You'll enjoy lunch on the train for the novelty of it in the domed, two-storey dining car. Today, you'll enjoy a hike in Tararecua Canyon to the natural hot springs at the bottom. This is the closest canyon to Creel and an easy to moderate three-kilometre walk down a cobblestone road. The reward at the bottom of the canyon is a natural hot spring, which feeds into seven man-made pools for your soaking pleasure. Tonight, you'll stay in the Magic Town of Creel, an alpine village at 2,300 metres.

Today you'll be driven from the Magic Town of Creel at 2,300 metres, descending through four different canyons and three climate zones to the Magic Town of Batopilas at 400 metres above sea level. You'll enjoy a full day of canyon viewing with stops for photos, a stylish, deluxe picnic lunch in the canyon and some sightseeing along the way, including the Cusarare Waterfall. You'll arrive at your lodge in Batopilas in the late afternoon.

You are off to visit the Lost Cathedral of Satevo just eight kilometres from Batopilas this morning. You can walk there with a vehicle following you, or be driven entirely. You'll have lunch in town independently, and then enjoy a visit to the ruins of the Hacienda San Miguel, the Batopilas Museum and a walk along the old aqueduct, which was part of the Silver Trail and where tropical birds nest. Alternatively, you can have the afternoon off to rest and relax.

Your private guide will drive you up through four different canyons to the Upper Sierra, stopping for photos and some sightseeing along the way. You'll visit the San Ignacio Valley to see the rock formations, Cusarare Waterfall and Lake Arareko. You'll arrive back in the Magic Town of Creel before nightfall.

You'll be picked up at your hotel in Creel and driven by your guide to Candameña Canyon where you'll find the second highest waterfall in Mexico. There are many trails to choose from around Basaseachi Falls if you are a hiker or walker, with varying levels of difficulty. If you are not a hiker, then you can enjoy the two separate viewpoints that you'll be driven to where you can soak up the scenery. Whichever you decide to do, your day will be filled with stunning scenery.

You'll depart the Copper Canyon today by private vehicle and drive through the countryside to reach Chihuahua City. You'll be dropped off at your hotel for check-in, then you'll have some free time to yourself to wander around the downtown, pedestrian-only section of the city. It is recommended that you have dinner at the La Casona Restaurant in the old Terrazas Estate just one block from your hotel.
