Today, you'll enjoy a full day out driving along the most stunning parts of the Amalfi Coast. You'll drive along the UNESCO World Heritage-listed roads on 'state route 163' – a masterpiece of human engineering. During the day, you'll stop twice to indulge in the region's most famed products: mozzarella and limoncello. You will learn all about how these two typical local products are made as well as a tasting.

Today continue your Italy travel route in Capri. Your personal driver will take you to the Amalfi pier where you will take the ferry boat to Capri Island. You will enjoy a visit to the island famous for its designer shops, anchored yachts and chic hotels. You'll dine in a Michelin-starred seafood restaurant before you then head back to your hotel in Positano in the evening.

Today, you'll travel to the Naples train station where you'll board your train to Florence. Upon arriving in Florence, your personal driver will take you to your hotel. Following check-in, the rest of the day will be yours to explore as you wish to do so. You may want to visit the cathedral, one of the famous palaces or squares, or wander around one of Florence's many art and history museums.

In the morning, you will meet your guide for a walking tour of the city. Starting in Repubblica square, the heart of the city, you'll visit the Academia Gallery with the famous Michelangelo's masterpiece: The David. You'll also be able to view the museum's other unique pieces, including a room dedicated to Michelangelo. Afterwards, you will continue your visit to the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most beautiful museums in the world.

This morning, you will meet up with your “Searching Truffle” tour guide, an expert in gathering truffles from the San Miniato hills and woods. You'll then enjoy a wonderful tasting lunch of Truffles in a real truffle factory. In the afternoon, you will visit a famous winery where a professional sommelier will describe the production of Chianti wine before a delightful tasting!

Today, you will reach Florence train station to catch the fast train to Venice which will take around 3 hours. Upon your arrival in Venice, the city built on water, a water taxi will transfer you to your hotel. In the afternoon, you'll be free to explore this wonderfully vibrant city as you wish. A great suggestion to kick off your stay here is to take a Gondola ride, a typical wooden boat, around the city taking in the main sights.

Venice’s charm lies both in its unique civil engineering achievements, and in the harmony of Eastern and Western artistic styles that have flourished here over the centuries. Your tour highlights include some of the major sites that define the look and history of Venice such as a visit to Doge's Palace, St Mark’s Basilica and St Mark’s Square also known as Piazza San Marco.

Today, you will take a private water taxi to reach the Venice train station to catch your train to Rome. Arriving in the early afternoon, you'll check into your hotel before embarking on a guided tour of the city's main sights. You'll visit the Spanish Steps, throw a coin into the Trevi Fountain and wish for your return to Rome, visit the Piazza Navona and finally the Pantheon, a symbol of Rome. In the evening, you'll dine at a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Among visiting many other grand and historic buildings in the Vatican city, your highlight of the day will be when you attend a Pope audience. Entering the Vatican City, you will visit the world’s smallest country and the centre of the Catholic world. Whilst here, you'll visit the impressive St. Peter’s Square and Basilica as well as explore the Vatican Museums, Raffaello’s rooms and the Sistine Chapel.

You'll start the day with a cooking class featuring a market tour of Rome’s famous Esquilino market, during which you will learn how to cook the best Italian food. In the afternoon, you'll continue to discover Rome starting from Michelangelo’s Campidoglio (Capitoline Hill) where you can look out over the Roman Forum area, then continue to the Imperial Forums and the ruins of the Colosseum.
