We were a party of 9 ranging in age from 8 to 78. The local expert came up with a fabulous trip that suited our brief and meant that all the difficult decision making about pick ups, hotels, and many meals were done for us (but within our specs). Tripfuser made traveling with a group a breeze. It was so smooth and easy.

Our eldest guest was unable to walk steep terrain or undertake long walks - however or guide ensured that he was driven to the end destination and made comfortable, to await our arrival. Our excellent Hanoi guide also arranged a very late check out for my parents.

We travelled the length of Vietnam and had three local guides meet us to guide us through each part of the country. The guides spoke good English and were very keen to please us and accommodate any changes we needed to make. We were unable to visit Halong bay as there were storms, however our guide came up with some good alternative plans in Hanoi (and gave us a range of choices).

If I had to make any small criticism it would be the number of set menus included in the dinner/lunch plans. The food was always lovely and fresh, however we found these menus were often fairly similar and lacked the variety that Vietnamese cuisine can offer.

Hi Hoang,
In reference to our Can gio trip, we had an amazing time, and our tour guide was extremely friendly and was very knowledgeable during the journey on Saigon History, as well as the eco park when we arrived. We did more than we expected to do which was definitely a benefit, and our guide was very patient when me and my girlfriend wanted to stop to take some photos of any wildlife we saw.
Overall, A very good day and our tour guide was definitely worth the money.
I hope this helps,

Hoang organised a great trip for us, and he was quick to rectify a couple of things we did not like, now that's what I call a great customer service.

Thank you for organising our trip, it has been an amazing experience! Love your country, the people and the food of course!

Our tour guide, Duong was great, attentive and informative, and made our experience even better by making sure we were looked after! I would recommend him to anyone that will be booking a trip with you!

Hoang was very helpful and designed a good trip to our requests. He was always quick to answer any queries and we designed our trip together. Our Guide Dien was just great. He was very informed and his English was excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending him. The Sampan from Indochine was lovely as was the crew. The meals were great and the accommodation was spotless. That said we expected the Mekong Delta itself to be more interesting than it was in reality. I guess we were expecting too much from the Mekong.
