Overview

Embark on an extraordinary journey to explore the Argentinian Patagonia combined with a trip to the stunning Iguazu Falls, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

Your adventure will begin in Buenos Aires, the cosmopolitan capital of Argentina and the cradle of the Tango. After a vibrant introduction to the country, you'll continue to Puerto Madryn, one of the cities whose main attraction is the wildlife - get ready to see some penguins!

You'll then travel towards Ushuaia, known as the city of the end of the world and gateway to Antarctica. As your adventure continues, you'll arrive in El Calafate, home to the mighty of the Perito Moreno Glacier where you'll spend a day exploring.

Finally, before heading to Iguazu Falls to explore both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides, you'll spend some time in the city of Bariloche, known as the centre of the Argentine Lakes.

Tap into the history of the city in neighbourhoods like La Boca, San Telmo, Montserrat, and of course, the football stadium before cooling down in the local parks. In the evening, you'll be free to explore the city on your own.

Your tour guide will accompany you during the long walk that takes two hours and he will tell you all about the life of the penguins, whilst you discover details about Patagonia.

Sunday, you'll have the day free to explore the "end of the world". Situated on the Tierra del Fuego archipelago on the southernmost tip of the South American continent, you'll find the resort town of Ushuaia. Spread across the slope of a steep hill surrounded by mountains and hugged by the Beagle Channel, Ushuaia is known as the gateway. Because of this, Ushuaia buzzes with activities including hiking, sailing, skiing, kayaking and for the extra adventurous, scuba diving.

Today, you will visit the Brazillian side of Iguazu Falls in Foz do Iguazu National Park. The tour follows is a circuit of walkways 950 metres long that clings to the cliffs of the Iguassu River, offering a panoramic view of the impressive falls. The route highlight is when you get to the Mirador de La Garganta del Diablo, the Devil's Throat, where the rumble of the falls vibrates through you. In the afternoon, you'll head to the airport for your return flight to Buenos Aires.
