I was extremely impressed with Hai’s attention to detail and flexibility in building a trip. We had a phenomenal time and really got to experience a lot that we probably wouldn’t have scheduled for ourselves. I might have liked to explore room for an upgrade in our Halong bay cruise, as while our boat was comfortable, this was my mums birthday and we would happily have paid more if a more luxurious boat was available. On a great note, Hai was super helpful at making sure we were aware of pick ups day by day, and was able to reschedule airport pick ups when we experienced delays, which was a massive relief!
Generally we had an excellent experience with both Hai as a trip planner and the tour overall. I would recommend Designer Journeys for anyone who loves to travel but is time pressured/struggling to build an itinerary. Thanks!

Hai is an excellent local agent and tour guide. Together we developed a memorable 18 Day tour through Vietnam and Laos using his extensive local knowledge. The tour guides and drivers provided were professional and took care of me throughout my holiday. Hai was also available if I had any questions during the trip which I found reassuring. I would highly recommend using Hai for any Indochina tour for a truly memorable experience. 5 stars.

Before our trip we received an email from Hai explaining how to get a visa. He organised the letter for the visa and visa forms. Also he provided all the information on how to obtain a visa when you arrive as you cannot obtain a visa without visiting Vietnam.
