Overview
Travel from the buzzing city of Brisbane to Fraser Island over four days!
Beginning in the capital of Queensland, a buzzing mix of art galleries, subtropical beaches and stunning vineyards, you'll have the first day to explore Brisbane on your own. Head to the South Bank to take advantage of its thriving restaurant, bar and cultural scene!
The next day, your three-day Fraser Island adventure begins. Your local guide will accompany you for the whole three days for an extra special personalised experience. After catching the ferry from Noosa, the first day will be spent visiting Hook Point and 75-Mile Surf Beach, walking the World Heritage Rainforest Boardwalk, and swimming in the clear waters of Lake McKenzie.
Next up, you'll travel across the island and take a four-wheel drive along 75 Mile Beach to arrive at the famous Eli Creek to relax and explore followed by a swim in the Champagne Pools. Before heading back to Brisbane, you'll spend your final day at the famous Lake Wabby. This green lake, the deepest on the island, is slowly filling with sand!

Upon arrival in Brisbane, your driver will pick you up at the airport then transfer you to your hotel. You can relax and use the rest of the day to explore the city. The capital of Queensland, this buzzing city sits on the Brisbane River, a cool mix of art galleries, subtropical beaches and stunning vineyards.

Day 2
Fraser Island Tour to Inskip Point, 75-Mile Surf Beach, Lake McKenzie and More

Your guide will meet you at your hotel ahead of your three-day Fraser Island tour. You'll depart Brisbane and take the Noosa River Ferry to Cooloola National Park and Rainbow Beach Coloured Sands. You'll stop for lunch at Rainbow Beach before travelling to Inskip Point. You'll board the ferry and cruise to Fraser Island's southern tip. On the island, you'll visit Hook Point and 75-Mile Surf Beach, walk the World Heritage Rainforest Boardwalk, and swim in the clear waters of Lake McKenzie.

Day 3
Fraser Island Tour to Eli Creek and Champagne Pools

Today, you'll travel across the island and take a four-wheel drive along 75 Mile Beach to arrive at the famous Eli Creek where you'll enjoy the boardwalk, swim and relax. After a picnic lunch, you'll travel further north along the surf beach to Indian Head. Spot turtles, sharks, dolphins and humpback whales then relax with a swim in the Champagne Pools. You'll return via the beach to Kingfisher Bay Resort and Village where you can relax by the swimming pools, spa and outdoor bars.

Day 4
Lake Wabby Tour and Departure from Fraser Island

Today, you'll travel with your guide to famous Lake Wabby. This green lake, the deepest on the island, is slowly filling with sand. Here, you'll enjoy a swim and explore this impressive emerald-green barrage lake, being slowly engulfed by Hammerstone sand blow. Next, you'll take a four-wheel drive to Eurong Beach Resort and onto Govi Creek for photos before departing the island via Rainbow Beach. Afterwards, you'll be transferred back to Hervey Bay Airport.
