This easy and pleasant 5 day Nepal itinerary trip introduces you to the rustic life around Kathmandu Valley.
This is the best route for people who prefer the rural environment but at the same time want proximity to a modern city. You'll start every day from your luxurious hotel accommodation and walk across rural Tamang villages and jungles.
You'll gradually reach Nagarkot Hill Station situated at 2000-metre altitude. Nagarkot is a world-class viewpoint for mountains and the sunrise.

Day 1
Welcome to Kathmandu, Half-Day Sightseeing Tour & Dinner Show

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you'll be welcomed by your guide and transferred to your hotel in the city. After settling in, you'll head out on a half-day sightseeing tour of the key sights in the city. In the evening, you'll head to a local restaurant for a welcome dinner with your guide.

Day 2
Pashupati Bouddh Sightseeing, Drive to Telikot & Hike to Nagarkot

You'll start the day with a half-day sightseeing tour in Pashupati and Bouddha Nath. Then, you'll take a short drive to Telikot, the starting point of the hike to Nagarkot. It is an easy pleasant walk introducing you the rustic life around Kathmandu valley. You'll walk across the cultivated land, through small Tamang villages. You'll gradually reach Nagarkot Hill Station situated at 2000-metre altitude. Nagarkot is the world-class viewpoint for mountains and the sunrise.

Hike to Dhulikhel

Today is another day of hiking! Buckle up for nearly seven hours of hiking today in the scenic landscapes. En route to Dhulikhel, you'll meet the local villagers, farmers and children who you'll find are always greeting you with a smile. You'll make a stop at several places to capture the beautiful landscape with the canopy of snow-capped mountains.
