Overview
Experience the very best of Melbourne, the iconic Great Ocean Road and surrounding Victoria in five days!
The first half of the tour will be spent based in Melbourne, exploring this vibrant, cultural city on a walking tour with a local guide and docklands sightseeing cruise. You'll then head out of the city to Phillip Island on the ultimate animal and sea lovers tour! You'll complete the day by witnessing the world-famous Penguin Parade.
The next day, your two-day Great Ocean Road tour begins. The first day will be spent travelling along the scenic Shipwreck Coast and Surf Coast taking in the iconic natural landmarks such as the Twelve Apostles, The Arch, London Bridge, Loch Ard Gorge and the Cape Patton Lookout Point.
After a night in Forrest, you'll be up early to catch the sunrise at Lake Elizabeth and start your paddle looking for platypuses. The day will then be dedicated to exploring the Otway Forest and all its treasures before heading back to Melbourne to complete your trip!

Upon arrival in Melbourne, you'll be picked up by your private driver and transferred to your hotel in the heart of Melbourne city centre. Day 2
Morning City Tour of Melbourne and Docklands Sightseeing Cruise

This morning, you'll join a small group tour to make the most of your stay as you zoom in and around the city, visiting such wonders as Federation Square, the MCG and the world-famous sports precinct, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Albert Park Lake (Formula 1) and over to St Kilda Beach. In the afternoon, you'll hop on a sightseeing cruise to discover the routes of the early settlers with this historical look at the city's famous Yarra River and surrounds.

Phillip Island Wildlife Tour

Today, you'll embark on the ultimate animal and sea lovers tour! You'll start the day with a tour of the Brighton Beach Boxes, then you'll take a leisurely drive to visit Maru Animal Park where can get close to koalas, kangaroos and other native animals. You'll then head to the Nobbies boardwalk and finally, you'll head to the penguin parade where you can have dinner prior to witnessing the world-famous Penguin Parade.

Two-Day Great Ocean Road Tour - Shipwreck Coast, Twelve Apostles and Surf Coast

Today, you'll head out on your two-day Great Ocean Road tour. You'll depart Melbourne early. The Arch will be your first stop, followed by the famous London Bridge before a stop at Loch Ard Gorge to enjoy two lookouts and take the walk down into the gorge. You'll then move on to take a walk along the boardwalk to view the famous Twelve Apostles. You'll journey through Apollo Bay, stopping at Cape Patton Lookout Point, Kennett River and Lorne Beach before travelling inland to Forrest.

Today, you'll head out on the second day of your Great Ocean Road tour. You'll begin the day with a stop at Lake Elizabeth to see the lake before sunrise to start your paddle looking for platypuses. After breakfast at Forrest Brewing Company, you'll explore the wonderful Redwoods in the Otway Forest, before heading to Hopetoun Falls to enjoy the waterfalls. You'll then travel through the town of Colac, stopping to stretch your legs on the way, back to Melbourne.
