With over 60 wineries open to the public (large, medium and boutique) in the Barossa, there are wines to suit all tastes. You'll have the morning to relax and perhaps head out to explore a local wine cellar to make some purchases before you drive back to Adelaide and return the car. Later, you'll fly early evening to Kangaroo Island, where you'll be transferred to your beautiful family-run bed and breakfast for the night.

Enjoy a cuppa with some homemade treats before taking a walk down a country track through tall Eucalyptus trees where koalas snooze overhead or wake briefly for a feed. Listen for the sounds of the bush – brightly-coloured honeyeaters, parrots and cicadas. Travel through the Island’s most region country to the north coast. Walk through the bush with your guide and break for a bush camp lunch before heading to the Seal Conservation for an experience that could only be compared to the Galapagos.

Explore the natural shapes of Remarkable Rocks that look like a dramatic natural sculpture perched on top of a dome of granite emerging from the ocean. The swell continues at Admirals Arch – a coastal grotto that provides a haul out for a colony of long-nosed fur seals who swim effortlessly through the waves. Lunch today is a picnic on the cliff then, you'll get off the beaten path to explore some of the lesser-known places. In the early evening, you'll fly back to Adelaide.
