Overview
For the duration of this wonderful trip, you'll be based at the Ibis Styles Hotel in the vibrant city of Perth, tours a paradise of uncrowded beaches complete with a thriving food scene and an up-and-coming shopping and boutique store scene.
Not far from Perth is Rottnest Island where you'll meet the adorable quokkas and tour the white-sand beaches and secluded coves. You will also get to discover Fremantle's old and new-world charms. Against a backdrop of the best-preserved 19th-century port streetscape in the world, a day out in Fremantle is an eclectic and eccentric blend of fabulous artisanal food, handcrafted beers, great coffee, quirky boutiques and a lively music, arts and festival scene.
Finally, you will spend a day exploring the wonder Margaret River region. Aland punctuated by national parks, pristine beaches and vineyards, Margaret River is well known for its award-winning wines. Pair these wines with the paradisical landscapes of the region and you have a dream travel destination.

Upon arrival at Perth Airport, you'll travel to and check into your hotel in East Perth. After checking in, you'll have the rest of the day free to explore the vibrant city of Perth which overlooks the Swan River. Perth is a paradise of uncrowded beaches, a thriving food scene and an up-and-coming shopping and boutique store scene so there's plenty to see and do here during your free time.

Rottnest Island Tour & Dinner at Balthazar Restaurant

Today, you will catch the train from Perth to Fremantle before getting on the ferry and heading to Rottnest Island. For the day, you'll discover the sub-tropical island of Rottnest and be treated to a guided tour of the island. You'll visit some of Rottnest’s most spectacular locations, including the Wadjemup Lighthouse and the majestic look-out point at the rugged West End. In the evening, you can head to the wonderful Balthazar Restaurant for dinner.

Perth & Fremantle Tour

Today, you'll take in the must-see sights of Perth and Fremantle with visits to Kings Park, Botanical Gardens and Cottesloe beach, passing Perth’s exclusive suburbs. You'll catch a glimpse of the Perth City skyline and see a 750-year-old Boab tree. Next, you'll enjoy a picturesque drive along Cottesloe beach, or “The Cott”, one of the most popular Australian west coast beaches. You'll also wander the streets of historic Fremantle, a centre of cosmopolitan cafes and restored old buildings.

Margaret River Region Sightseeing Tour

Renowned as Western Australia’s finest wine-producing region, Margaret River is blessed with natural beauty. Today, you'll stop at the iconic Busselton Jetty, the longest timber jetty in the southern hemisphere, before indulging in a lunch platter with complimentary beer and cider tastings at one of Margaret River’s oldest breweries. You'll also visit a local winery, taste some of the very best wines of the region and explore Mammoth Cave on a guided tour before returning to Perth.
