Overview
Embark on this 7-day itinerary to Greece for a trip of a lifetime discovering the rich history of Athens and then going on to experience the magical island of Santorini.
Start your Athens and Santorini package holiday in the capital, where you will spend a couple of days soaking in the historic atmosphere here. Day 1
Arrival in Athens

Your Athens and Santorini package starts here! Upon arrival at Athens airport, a driver will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in the city centre, where you will spend the next two days. You can spend your time in this historic city and soak up all the nostalgia that Athens has to offer. Head for Plaka, which is a traditional mansion with a lot of lovely shops and restaurants. In the evening you can have dinner in one of the incredible Greek restaurants in the heart of the capital.

Day 2
Athens Sightseeing and Romantic Dinner

After breakfast, you have the option to go on a full-day tour of Athens. You will see the main sights of the capital, such as the tomb of the unknown soldiers, the Panathenaic Stadium, the temple of Zeus amongst other sights. You will return back to your hotel in the early evening. After resting and freshening up, we will be picked up and transferred to the international gourmet restaurant Spondi for an exquisite dinner.

Day 3
Travel to Santorini

After breakfast at your hotel in Athens, you will be transferred to the airport for a short one-hour flight to Santorini. A local representative will welcome you and you will be transferred to yet another beautiful hotel. For the rest of the day, you can relax in the hotel and take in the stunning Caldera views or you can take a walk around the town of Fira to get a sense of the incredible atmosphere here.

Free Day in Santorini

Have your breakfast in your hotel in the morning and be amazed by the majestic view of the views below. Today you have a free day to discover Santorini at your own pace. You can explore the town of Fira and go down to the beach on the southeastern coast. The beaches are well organized and you can find a number of umbrella and beach bars and restaurants around. If you prefer, you can take a hike on the Caldera Trail or visit the incredible ruins in Akrotiri.

Santorini Sunset Cruise

Get ready for a very exciting catamaran sunset cruise. An air-conditioned coach will pick you up and you will be transferred to the port where you will hop aboard a catamaran. You will sail by Akrotiri, and take a dive in the hot springs and go to the white beach where you will also be able to snorkel. Enjoy a delicious BBQ meal on board prepared by the crew and end this amazing day in the middle of Aegean watching the magical sunset of Santorini!

Explore Santorini

On your last day in Santorini, you will be free to explore the island at your leisure. You can take a cooking class, go on a scenic winery tour or head to the south of Santorini. You'll find many traditional villages here on top of a multitude of beautiful beaches with black sand to relax in, such as Perivolos beach. Finish day with a meal at a local taverna on one of the many restaurants overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Travel to Athens and Departure Home

This is the last day of your Athens and Santorini package holiday. After breakfast, you will check out, and a driver will transfer you to the airport for your journey back to Athens, where you will catch your flight back home. You can do some last-minute shopping and buy souvenirs for your wonderful and unforgettable stay in Greece.
