Today, your private driver and car are at your disposal to take you sightseeing to some of the most iconic locations and monuments in the city; Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath (a holy Hindu temple), Swayambhu (the largest stupa in Asia, also called the Monkey Temple) and Boudhanath stupa. This evening, enjoy a banquet of local Nepali foods cooked in a charcoal oven.

Two more UNESCO World Heritage Site cities adjacent to Kathmandu are Patan and Bhaktapur. Patan is also known as the City of Fine Arts. Patan Durbar Square is full of ancient places, temples and shrines famous for their exquisite carvings, mostly the Hindu and Buddhist monuments. Similarly, the medieval town of Bhaktapur, preserves medieval arts, architecture, culture, and lifestyle.

Today we drive 200 km to Pokhara, which offers magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, Annapurna and other peaks. We will visit Davis Fall and Gupteshwar Gufa Cave (also called Shiva Gufa). In the late afternoon, explore the surrounding lakeside of Lake Phewa and see the reflection of the Fish Tail Peak on the lake, you could also perhaps do some boating.

Today, we start with an early morning drive to Sarangkot Hill for sunrise views over the Himalayas. After breakfast, we have a full day of Pokhara sightseeing where we will visit some of the most iconic and historical sites in Nepal including the Mountain Museum where you will learn about the history of hiking in the country and some of the most important temples in the area.

We depart Pokhara and drive back to Kathmandu. You will have some free time in the afternoon to wander the streets of Kathmandu and perhaps pick up a few souvenirs for friends and family back home. The Thamel area is the best part of the city to do this in. In the evening, you will enjoy a farewell dinner with local Nepali food.
