Overview
Explore the best of Peru on this Lima and Cusco tour, two of the most popular cities in the country. We will start by exploring the vibrant city of Lima and its historic centre. You will also participate in a cooking class where you will visit a local market and prepare popular and delicious Peruvian dishes.
Then, we will travel into the heart of the Inca Empire. You will join exciting workshops to learn more about the local life, go on ATVs into the Sacred Valley, and see Incan heritage through their most important sites. You'll be amazed by the Inca's cultural traditions and history. We will also go to the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu by hiking the 2-day Inca Trail! An amazing path created by the Incas that will definitely be an unforgettable experience.

Welcome to Peru! Arrival in Lima

Lima Cooking Class & City Centre

Today we will attend a cooking class. First, we'll go to a local market to select our fresh ingredients to then prepare the best Peruvian dishes! Later, you will explore the historic centre of the vibrant city of Lima. Finally, we will go to the Magic Water Circuit, which holds a Guinness World Record for its water fountains! At the end of the tour, we will drive you to your hotel.

Day 3
From Lima to Cusco City Centre

We will pick you up to go to the airport and fly to Cusco! On arrival, we will drive you to your hotel so you can rest a bit and adapt to the altitude. For lunch, we will have a selection of delicious Peruvian dishes, you can choose your favourite. Later during your Cusco tour, we will discover the main square, cathedral, and Qoricancha Temple. These beautiful buildings with a mix of Inca and colonial culture will amaze you!

Into the Sacred Valley & Workshops

We will start the day going to the White Christ lookout to then visit the amazing site of Sacsaywaman - the size of the rocks is impressive! Afterwards, we will go to Awanacancha to learn more about alpacas and llamas, and we will also have the chance to feed them! After a stop for lunch in a delicious restaurant with a beautiful view of the Sacred Valley, we will head to Urubamba. There, we will create our own ceramic pieces, we will make coffee, and learn about local agriculture!

Day 5
Start of the 2-Day Inca Trail!

Today, you will board the train that will get you to the starting point of the Inca Trail! You will walk through the paths the Incas created to get to the sacred citadel of Machu Picchu. On the way, you will see the Winay Wayna site, an amazing demonstration of the Inca architecture. After trekking for some hours, you will arrive in Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate, a spectacular view which rewards those who walk the Inca Trail!

ATVs on Maras & Moray - Goodbye Peru!

Today you will have an exciting adventure on ATVs through the Sacred Valley. You will visit these two incredible sites with an expert guide and driving an ATV surrounded by the Andes! Afterwards, we will go back to Cusco. On arrival, we will have our last lunch in Cusco with an amazing view. Finally, we will drive you to the airport to catch your flight to Lima and then back home!
