Today, you'll meet your guide and driver and travel to Oxford. You'll then have a few hours to visit Oxford and Christ Church. One of the prestigious cities of the south, Oxford is known for its affluent University, which was also one of the locations for the Harry Potter film series, should you find some of the rooms familiar. A city that is remarkably easy to walk around, it is a great way to while away the time. Afterwards, you'll continue to Burford, a beautiful Cotswold village.

Explore Blenheim Palace

Today, you'll head to Woodstock to visit the impressive Blenheim Palace, the stately home of the Dukes of Marlborough and the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. The magnificent palace was the masterpiece of Hohn Vanburgh and the extensive grounds were landscaped by 'Capability Brown'. Afterwards, you'll make a brief stop in the village of Bladon to visit the grave of Sir Winston Churchill, buried in the local village church graveyard. If time permits, you'll stop in Oxford to explore more.

Today, you'll head to the historic market town of Stratford-upon-Avon. Upon arrival, you'll have some free time to have lunch in one of the many eateries on offer. In the afternoon, you'll tour Stratford-upon-Avon visiting Shakespeare's Birthplace and Anne Hathaway's Cottage, the picturesque thatched cottage home of Shakespeare's wife. Later in the afternoon, you'll return to Bradford via the delightful Cotswolds villages of Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Lower Slaughter.

Today, you'll leave Burford behind today and travel towards Bath, passing through the Cotswolds hills with brief stops in some picture-perfect Cotswolds villages such as Bibury and Castle Combe. Filled with honey-coloured Cotswolds stone houses and meandering rivers, these villages are perfect stopping off points on your journey. In the early afternoon, you'll arrive at Bath, one of England's most beautiful cities where you'll have the afternoon free to explore.

This morning, you'll head out on a guided walking tour of Bath. You'll explore some of the beautiful streets, squares and buildings of this classic English city built in the Georgian style and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Also included in the tour will be a visit to the famous Roman Bath's and the attached museum. The rest of the day will be spent at leisure but your guide can, of course, give you recommendations of things to see and do and where to eat.

Day Trip to Stonehenge & Stourhead Gardens

Day Trip to Stonehenge & Stourhead Gardens

Today, you'll leave Bath for the day to visit Stonehenge, the ancient prehistoric stone circle. Lying prominently on the Salisbury plains, Stonehenge is Britain's most important monument. The standing stones are between three and four thousand years old. Afterwards, you'll continue to the 18th-century landscapes gardens of Stourhead With hills, water and classic architecture overlaid by fabulous trees and shrubs, Stourhead is a 'living work of art'. Later, you'll return to Bath.
