Upon arrival in Munich, you will meet your driver at the airport and get transferred to your centrally located hotel. In the afternoon, you can visit the city at your leisure. Munich is one of the top European travel and business destinations. You can go on a hop on-hop off city tour of Munich. Major sights include the Königsplatz with its Greek and Roman-inspired architectural setting, Ludwigstrasse and the university quarter of Schwabing.

Explore Lake Starnberg

Today, you will go on an excursion to Lake Starnberg. Depending on weather conditions, you can go on a boat tour or visit Possenhofen, the birthplace of the Austrian Empress Elizabeth, the famous Sissi. After lunch, you will drive to Füssen and tour the city.

Visit Neuschwanstein Castle

You will drive through the beautiful Upper Bavarian landscapes offering you great impressions of the marvellous Alpine scenery on your way to the "Royal countryside". You will visit Linderhof Castle, the most intimate of Ludwig's castles. Next, you will go to Neuschwanstein with a short stop at Oberammergau, the village famous for its Passion Play. In the late afternoon, you will get back to Munich.

After breakfast, you will visit Salzburg in neighbouring Austria. The magnificent Baroque city is world-famous for its great musical tradition. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart spent his childhood and youth there. You will go on a walking tour that takes you through Getreidegasse, where Mozart was born in 1756. Allow some time for shopping or a lunch break at one of the coffee houses.
