Excursion to the Caminito del Rey

Today, you'll walk the same path as King Alfonso XIII in 1921 did during the inauguration of the Conde Del Guadalhorce dam, thus its name “Caminito Del Rey”. One hundred dizzying metres above the river, you'll find the famous path known as the Caminito Del Rey, clinging to the cliff face of the Gaitanes Gorge. This path has been restored and only opened to the public again in 2014 so is very safe and perfect for those that like an adrenaline rush!
