Today, you'll start your day after breakfast with the War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace, the site of the end of the Vietnam War during the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975. Then, you'll visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and next door, the Saigon Central Post Office, perhaps the grandest post office in all of Southeast Asia. You'll then have a casual lunch at Quan Ngon restaurant before heading to Cu Chi Tunnels. You'll return to the city in the late afternoon for dinner.

This morning, you'll fly to Phu Quoc from Ho Chi Minh City airport. Upon arriving at Duong Dong airport, a transfer will be waiting to take you to your hotel for check-in. After checking in, you can refresh yourself with a 60-minute spa massage complimentary of the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the island on your own or simply relax, swim and enjoy the resort and all its features, such as its proximity to the beach!

Today, you are free to enjoy the beach or the swimming pool at your resort. Heading out to the beach would be one of the best things to do today, Phu Quoc Island beaches were voted to be one of “the cleanest and beautiful beaches of the world” by ABC News and in the “World’s 100 best beaches” as voted by CNN. So, top up your tan or head out from the beach to do a little snorkelling!

Today is another free day during which you can explore Phu Quoc however you like, you may want to spend it by the swimming pool at your resort or perhaps head out to one of the many beaches on the island such as the much revered Sao Beach. Said to be one of the most beautiful beaches on Phu Quoc and in the whole of Vietnam, Sao Beach is a gorgeous stretch of sand flanked by palm tree jungle and turquoise crystal clear waters on either side.

Once again, you have the choice to spend the day by the swimming pool relaxing and soaking up the sun, exploring the island or heading to one of its many beautiful beaches. Long Beach is a stunning stretch of 20 kilometres of white sand fringed by crystal clear waters. Due to its orientation, it is also one of the best places to watch the sunset on the island and the bars and restaurants are the perfect places to enjoy a happy hour cocktail and do exactly this!

Perhaps the last few days of exploring the island on your Vietnam honeymoon tour have meant all you want to do today is relax by the pool, enjoy the resort and perhaps have a massage, which is absolutely fine. If, however, you want to get out for the day, you can head to Starfish Beach. A beautiful beach covered in tiny red starfish that was only discovered by a local woman in 2014 and has now become a much sought-after attraction on Phu Quoc.

Today is yet another free day to spend doing absolutely nothing but soaking up the sun if you so wish. If you're looking to be a little more active, you can head to one of the other beaches on the island or perhaps to the fishing town of Duong Duong to absorb the local culture. You may also want to get out on the sea and go snorkelling or diving at one of Phu Quoc's top sights for marine life.
