This morning, you'll enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and start your journey to Kitulgala which is a city surrounded by nature. Upon arrival, you'll have the option to go on a thrilling whitewater rafting experience. Later on, you will go on a trek to Kitulgala rainforest. During your trek, you can experience various fauna and flora of the rainforest of Kitulgala Reserve and see beautiful scenes of waterfalls and streams hidden inside the forest.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will travel to Haputale towards the mountain area. Upon arrival, you'll have the afternoon to relax and settle into your hotel. In the evening, you'll visit Lipton’s Seat. The name Lipton’s Seat says it all; it is a famous viewpoint 1,970 metres above sea level. This precise spot in the Haputale Mountains overlooking the Dambetenna Tea Estate is where Sir Thomas Lipton used to sit and contemplate his plantation with its stony landscape and green tea bushes.

Today you will do a day trip to Ella, the beautifully scenic area fo Sri Lanka. You'll explore Ella city and then do a trek to Little Adams Peak and the famous Nine Arch Bridge. Little Adams Peak is named after the sacred Adams Peak (Sri Pada –where the footprint of Lord Buddha is preserved). Due to their similarity, this mountain was called Little Adams Peak. You will also marvel at the beauty of the Ella Gap and Ravana Waterfalls before returning to Haputale.

This morning you'll have an early breakfast before catching the train to Kandy. This is no ordinary journey, you'll take a scenic train ride from Haputale to Kandy through the tea plantations and misty mountains. Upon arrival in Kandy, you'll go on a tour of the city. Kandy is the hill capital of Sri Lanka, surrounded by sky kissing hills, green valleys, pure rivers, lakes and waterfalls. In the evening, you'll head to a Kandyan Dance Show and visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic.

Today, you'll visit the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens in the morning. Perfectly located in the heart of the Mediterranean climate of Kandy, the original garden dates back to 1371 as a neighbouring garden to the court of King Wickramabahu III. The gardens are particularly well-known for their impressive variety of orchids and tropical surroundings. Upon returning to Kandy, you'll have the rest of the day free to explore or relax.
