The Albufera Natural Park is home to the largest lake in Spain and one of the most important wetland areas in the Iberian Peninsula where the rice is grown for paella has been for hundreds of years. If you’re looking to try one of Valencia's most famous dishes, you can’t get more authentic than the Albufera region, specifically in the nearby village of El Palmar.

Following some free time in the afternoon, your evening will be spent on experiencing the flamenco culture of Seville.

On this optional day trip. You will head to the Doñana National Park which occupies the right bank of the Guadalquivir river at its estuary on the Atlantic Ocean. Renown for the great diversity of its lagoons, marshlands home to five threatened bird species and the Iberian Lynx. The birdwatching tour is done in a 4x4 vehicle where you'll have the chance to spot some of the five threatened bird species and see one of the largest heronries in the Mediterranean region.

Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory located on the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula at the entrance of the Mediterranean. The Rock (as it is colloquially known) is an enormous hunk of limestone, a land area smaller than the city of Algeciras across the water. Your day tour will introduce you to the town, its history and most famous attractions.
