Today you will leave Rovinj and travel to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia's oldest and largest National Park. Plitvice Lakes is made up of a system of 16 named interconnecting lakes which are split between the Upper and Lower Lakes together with over 90 waterfalls. The stunning lakes are surrounded by lush forest and waterfalls rush into the waters. You'll explore this spectacular ecosystem on a self-guided tour via a network of wooden boardwalks.

The popular Riva promenade is a short stroll away from your hotel, and you can find plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants there.
