Arrival in Sri Lanka

When you arrive in Sri Lanka, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Negombo where you will stay for the night. Don't forget to catch the sunset on the horizon from the beach before retiring for the night.

Fly to Trincomalee

In the morning, head back to the airport but this time to the domestic terminal to board your flight to Batticaloa where you'll be transferred to your beautiful resort in Trincomalee where you'll be staying for the next week! Kick back and relax by the pool with a cocktail to begin your holiday in style! You can head down to the beach if you wish, it's one of the most beautiful in Sri Lanka.

Relax - you're on holiday! Waking up today, grab a coffee and sit by the pool or get it to-go and head down to the beach. From the resort, there are a host of water sports to choose from to make the most of your coastal positioning. If you want to explore, grab a bicycle and head into the centre of Trincomalee and take a walk along the stunning beach!

Free Day in Trincomalee

Wake up late if you wish today - the sun will still be shining! Today, you might want to spend the day on the beach. For the most adventurous, you could have your very first diving session. If you have done it before, there are a great selection of dives for different experience levels. Alternatively, head out snorkelling and see an impressive range of tropical fish, and perhaps even a manta ray!

Trincomalee with Pigeon Island

You can spend another day by the pool or beach today or head out on the local boat to Pigeon Island, one of the best spots in Sri Lanka to go snorkelling or diving. The island suffered from over-tourism for many years, however, conservation efforts and limited numbers have made this a sealife haven once more! Back on land, finish the day in the resort, getting to the pool in time for sunset!

A Day in Trincomalee

While staying close to one of the best beaches in Sri Lanka, it would be rude not to make the most of it. Whether you want to lie on a sunbed all day or are feeling adventurous and want to see Sri Lankan wildlife it is up to you. If you want to visit a national park, Minneriya is not too far away, famous for its large population of elephants. This is an amazing day out!
